Billing Policies

Every user must have his own dial-up account. Our security system will disconnect any account it finds connected simultaneously with the same user ID. Access to the account can then be suspended for up to an hour. If dual signons continue, the client will be billed for a secondary account. Failure to pay will result in termination of service.

Detailed billing sent by mail will be charged $5.00 per month.

Bounced cheques or credit card will be charged $15.00

There will be no refunds for the yearly pre paid plans

All accounts are billed automatically at the beginning of their service period.

If a client wishes to cancel their services with Netaxis, it must be done PRIOR to their billing date.

There is a $15.00 charge for plan changes prior to 3 months of any other plan.

To cancel an account, write to billing@netaxis.ca or contact an agent at (514)482-8989.

Netaxis reserves the right to terminate service without notification if an account is in arrears.

Usage Policies

An unlimited account is an intermittent dial-up account with some restrictions. No additional charges.

The client is deemed connected to the Internet as long as keyboard and mouse are in operation. The client cannot leave the computer continuously connected with an unlimited account. Therefore, we disconnect users after 20 minutes of modem inactivity. Users cannot simulate modem activity with an automation program to avoid disconnection.

NetAxis does not give any network support for single dial-up connection. NetAxis reserves the right to restrict the length of sessions if required. NetAxis prioritizes their users.

Accounts are considered to be for the use of a single person. You must make sure that you keep your account information private, and not "lend" out your account. The contact information given to us must be accurate and kept up to date. NetAxis cannot be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage.

Unsolicited e-mail, sometimes referred to as "SPAM", is electronic mail which is unsolicited and sent for the purpose of selling the recipient goods, services, or properties. Commercial "SPAM" advertisements are most often used for multi-level marketing schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, work-at-home schemes or for questionable products or pornography. NetAxis reserves the right to terminate the accounts of any user found to be "SPAMMING" and hold them liable for damages

Netaxis reserves the right to terminate any account for abuse of services.

You may not run any CGI scripts or executable programs on our server without permission.
